Responsibilities

  • Oversight and accuracy of analyst duties, including review of modeling, research methodology, and presentations
  • Assist in hiring and training new analysts
  • Liaison between deal teams in the US and analysts in India
  • Staffing analyst team in India across a variety of projects
  • Aid in analyst performance reviews
  • Researching industries and/or companies to be used for prospective buyer's lists, industry overviews, general knowledge, buying trends, and practice development
  • Developing and manipulating financial models and/or valuations for financing, structure, and cash flow feasibility
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and pitch materials
  • Other ad hoc research and presentation tasks
