Responsibilities

  • Engage with functional teams in assigned domain to analyze business processes and systems identifying areas for improvement
  • Connect the functional teams to the technologies they use
  • Define and document requirements related to new initiatives
  • Enact change within the organization through process engineering or technology adoption
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for innovation within the business and IT
  • Initiate and help deliver technology enabled transformation efforts
  • Document business processes and the underlying technologies
  • Validate the quality of deliverables and work with functional users to ensure requirements are met
  • Design IT solutions in conjunction with technical resources that meet business needs
  • Lead proof of concept efforts, and the development of wireframes, and models for user review
