Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in a comparable IT controlling function in a global B2B company; good understanding of the business context in the IT environment and ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives and strategy; understanding of regulatory compliance, risk assessment and internal controls in the IT environment; knowledge of IT governance frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ITIL and ISO/IEC 27001

Responsibilities

International and interdisciplinary cooperation: As IT Controller, you will be part of the new company to be set up in the future and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.
In your position, you will contribute to the creation of a concept for the calculation and allocation of IT costs for the entire Keenfinity Group in cooperation with Corporate Controlling and in coordination with the CFO.
Ability to optimise IT costs and effectively manage costs across projects and IT operations.
You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling IT budgets, expenditure and financial performance to include financial forecasting, variance analysis and the preparation of financial reports.
You ensure that IT operations comply with laws, regulations and internal guidelines.
You will be in charge of identifying and managing IT-related risks for the organisation.
You are involved in developing and monitoring the key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT operations and tracking the business cases of IT projects (evaluation of project results).
You track and optimise the use of IT resources to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Last but not least, you will be accountable for analysing and interpreting to produce regular reports and analyses on IT performance, expenditure and compliance.
