Responsibilities

  • International and interdisciplinary cooperation: As IT Controller, you will be part of the new company to be set up in the future and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.
  • In your position, you will contribute to the creation of a concept for the calculation and allocation of IT costs for the entire Keenfinity Group in cooperation with Corporate Controlling and in coordination with the CFO.
  • Ability to optimise IT costs and effectively manage costs across projects and IT operations.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling IT budgets, expenditure and financial performance to include financial forecasting, variance analysis and the preparation of financial reports.
  • You ensure that IT operations comply with laws, regulations and internal guidelines.
  • You will be in charge of identifying and managing IT-related risks for the organisation.
  • You are involved in developing and monitoring the key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT operations and tracking the business cases of IT projects (evaluation of project results).
  • You track and optimise the use of IT resources to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Last but not least, you will be accountable for analysing and interpreting to produce regular reports and analyses on IT performance, expenditure and compliance.
