Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Updating and maintaining Asset management system records in line with defined processes and optimal and high standards of accuracy.
  • Review of hardware retrieval, replacement and new hire requests via ticketing system and escalating where necessary.
  • Liaising with shipping and warehousing teams to book shipments, providing alternative methods to ensure exceptional customer experience and keep track of shipments status to communicate to the business and stakeholders.
  • Review of requests via ticketing and escalating where necessary, removing roadblocks to conclude shipments.
  • Appropriate management of IT assets in accordance with compute reuse processes, reverse logistics, or disposal processes, aligning per department/cost center/organization the appropriate stock issued accurately to track, review and report (replacements or new hire equipment issued.)
  • Updating and maintaining Asset management records in line with defined processes (finding ways to innovate with methods to make improvements, while maintaining a high standard on delivering services.)
