Responsibilities

  • Installation et configuration du matériel informatique, des systèmes d'exploitation et des applications pour les professeurs, les étudiants et les employés.
  • Monitoring et maintenance des salles de classe, des systèmes informatiques et des réseaux
  • Accompagner le personnel ou les partenaires extérieurs dans une série d'actions, soit en face à face, soit parcourrier/téléphone, pour les aider à mettre en place des systèmes ou à résoudre des problèmes.
  • Dépannage des problèmes système et réseau, diagnostic et résolution des pannes matérielles ou logicielles.
  • Remplacement des pièces ou matériel si nécessaire
  • Administrer les serveurs (APPLE), les ordinateurs de bureau (PC/APPLE), les imprimantes, les routeurs, les commutateurs, les pare-feux (CISCO), les téléphones, les assistants numériques personnels, les smartphones (BB/iPhone/Android), le déploiement de logiciels (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.), les mises à jour de sécurité et les correctifs.
  • Résoudre les problèmes techniques liés aux réseaux locaux (LAN), aux réseaux étendus (WAN), aux réseaux sans fil (WiFi) et à d'autres systèmes.
  • Fournir un soutien, y compris la documentation procédurale et les rapports pertinents
