This role is office-based and is NOT offered on a hybrid basis.
What systems does the IT Support Team primarily work with?
The IT Support Team works with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 10/11 workstations running Microsoft Office 365 Applications.
What are the primary responsibilities of the IT Support Technician?
Responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd line technical support, managing support tickets, performing routine maintenance, assisting in IT projects, and managing cloud platforms like Azure.
What kind of technical support will I provide?
You will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues via phone, ticketing system, and in-person.
Is previous experience required for the IT Support Technician position?
Yes, previous experience in a similar role is required.
Are there any certifications that are advantageous for this role?
Yes, ITILv4 Foundation Certification, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals are highly desirable.
