Responsibilities

  • Managing correspondence and document development progress through emails, spec sheets, and range plan documents.
  • Conduct research on new materials and components.
  • Adding the jewellery collections onto the PLM system, creating new product SKUs, sizing and materials and making sure all the information is digitalised.
  • Assisting in the making of the seasonal selling book in JOOR.
  • Checking all jewellery images for JOOR, and giving detailed and prompt feedback on issues.
  • Creating technical and sustainability presentations.
  • Creating technical spec sheets.
  • Managing general inventory of London stock (hardware, components, leather etc).
  • Organising the jewellery sample archive, and press requests.
  • General communication between offices and factories.
  • Gathering sales data and producing reports to help with collection planning.
  • Market research and benchmarking reports.
  • Preparing documents for meetings.
  • Following up on payments with accounts and providing documentation.
  • Organising meetings, tracking shipments, and organising shipments.
  • Liaising with CNX office on range plan updates and range developments/ inserting data to the range plan.
  • Organising and uploading files and data to folders.
  • Managing Microsoft planners.
