Responsibilities

  • In this role, you’ll be writing and reading radio bulletins that adhere to the BBC’s editorial guidelines and values and targeted at a Welsh audience while also covering the major UK and International stories of the day.
  • You’ll need to be able to make sound editorial decisions in a fast-paced environment, while having the technical skills to source and cut relevant audio quickly and accurately.
  • You will need to have experience of live broadcasting and be clear and confident in your delivery.
  • You’ll be expected to contribute content ideas across our services, identify what makes a good news story and contribute to a creative team environment.
