What qualifications are required for the associate positions?
The ideal candidates will have between one to six years of patent litigation experience, superior academic credentials, and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
Is industry experience in high tech or life sciences mandatory?
While degrees or industry experience in high tech or life sciences fields are preferred, they are not required. We encourage applications from associates who have studied or worked in a variety of fields and industries.
