Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for day to day support of variety of Trust's systems as well as administration, configuration and testing of new work streams and change requests.
  • The postholder will manage incidents and change requests on the trusts incident management system (Freshservice) for all applications we support and provide a consistent approach across the Trust, using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that functions of the role are carried out correctly within given timescales.
  • The postholder must understand the systems, offer potential solutions to problems and will support a team of skilled application specialists, ensuring that all requests, customer issues and technical problems are managed within agreed SLAs.
  • The postholder will undertake advanced maintenance, administration and configuration of the trusts clinical systems and e-RS.
