Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
  • Familiar with general software programing languages.
  • Basic knowledge/understanding of Electrical Engineering.
  • A “can do” attribute and willingness to learn and figure out an engineering solution for every challenge.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical knowledge, experience, and support in EMS (Energy Management Systems) to the Professional Service Organization.
  • Configure and deploy EMS applications (e.g., power flow, state estimator, contingency analysis, volt-var control).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues related to Network Manager EMS platform.
  • Work with customers on EMS deployment. Identify the most appropriate technical solutions for Network Manager EMS.
  • Provide technical responses/guidance to customer’s EMS-related questions and requests.
