Responsibilities

  • Sales Upskilling: You’ll build strong foundations in prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, and closing, while learning how to sell confidently to senior B2B stakeholders and work to clear targets and expectations.
  • Engaging decision-makers: You’ll speak directly with professionals at fast-growing and enterprise tech companies, understand their challenges, and recommend the right events, memberships, and learning solutions.
  • Owning deals end-to-end: You’ll own your pipeline from first contact through to close and handover, taking accountability for outcomes and using feedback and data to improve week by week.
  • Product mastery: You’ll develop strong knowledge of our events, memberships, and education ecosystem, enabling confident and relevant cross-selling.
  • Collaboration & feedback: You’ll work closely with marketing, product, community, and customer success teams, sharing insights and operating with autonomy while knowing when to ask for support.
