Requirements

  • Must have graduated within the past 12 months
  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline with related work experience in digital and data analysis, ideally with previous experience in an agency
  • Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Tableau
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to beauty/lifestyle and/or luxury/fashion retail a plus
  • Strong technical skills (R, Python, SQL, and RapidMiner) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Junior Digital Associate is responsible for data analysis for indirect eCommerce specialty pure player channel. This position will play a key role in identifying business insights with supporting data for existing initiatives, as well as opportunities to innovate the reporting process. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and technical background, ability to work independently to discover data insights, communicate effectively with various cross functional teams, and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Syndicating sell through reports from partners and distribute reports and insights to cross functional teams
  • Independently conduct deep-dive analyses on sell through reports to identify product trends, business opportunities, and effective track top products
  • Lead stock management including attending internal forecasting meetings, monitoring inventory levels on retailers sites, and ensuring internal product catalog is maintained
  • Own internal sample forecasting calendars, assist in the planning of sample activations, and collaborate externally to ensure samples are delivered and executed to retailers
  • Serve as key contact for accounts for purchase orders, coordinate with customer service teams and internal demand planning teams
  • Manage account maintenance internally including setting up new customers, new warehouse locations, and maintain current account info for existing partners
  • Own internal product catalog
  • Stay abreast of analytics trends and best practices
