  • extensive diary management – coordinating, gate keeping, ensuring that schedules are adhered to whilst taking account of conflicting priorities and multiple demands on time
  • arranging meetings, both internal and external (including conference calls and video conferences), taking account of complex diaries and time-zone differences
  • building relationships with clients (internal and external) and their offices
  • assisting in the preparation for various meetings
  • ensuring appropriate travel arrangements are made, including necessary visas (operating within UBS Travel Policy).

  • liaising with numerous management offices and key departments across the Bank
