What tools and technologies will I be working with?
You will work with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Notion, Fortigate, Ubiquiti (UniFi), and JumpCloud.
What types of support will I be providing to end-users?
You will execute the end-to-end setup for new employees and external partners, act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assist with meeting room technology upgrades.
Will I be responsible for security operations?
Yes, you will assist in day-to-day security operations by applying patches and hardening guidelines, and maintain documentation for IT processes.
