Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (zum Beispiel BWL) - Bachelor oder Master
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Key Account Management, Category Management, Channel Management oder Shopper Marketing (optimalerweise im FMCG-Umfeld) von Vorteil

Responsibilities

  • Erschließung von neuen Potentialen auf ausgewählten Kundensegmenten
  • Planung und Erreichung der Umsatz-, Absatz-, Ertrags- und Distributionsziele der Kunden sowie deren konzeptionellen & nachhaltigen Weiterentwicklung
  • Strategische, zukunftsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden zur gemeinsamen Vermarktung der Produkte
  • Überwachung der Zielerreichung sowie Einleitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen bei Zielabweichungen, Budgetverantwortung und -kontrolle
  • Laufende Analyse von Kunden, Markt-, Produkt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
  • Vorbereitung & Führen von Jahresgesprächen und unterjährigen Verhandlungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit in cross-funktionalen Teams
