  • Experience with agile methodologies, with a preference for Scrum, and the ability to write user stories following agile and lean specifications.
  • Proficiency in business, data, and technical analysis, particularly for complex processes, including the skills to visualize and break down end-to-end processes into smaller components.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technical affinity with IT landscapes and integrations.
  • Ability to work independently, with a willingness to learn and discover, while also being open to seeking support when needed.
  • Experience with manual testing and a basic understanding of SQL, with the motivation and willingness to learn more about SQL databases.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, including testing for REST and Swagger, and familiarity with Jira and Confluence for defect management and product documentation.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to comprehend complex and interconnected systems, including the ability to understand ER-diagrams and think on an abstract level.
  • Knowledge of development, release, and database tools and setups, such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Postgres.

  • Knowledge or prior experience in insurance processes of advantage.
