Responsibilities

  • Research detective:
  • You will become the expert on the consumer, the category, and the culture surrounding our brands. You will dig deep into research. From social listening to reading industry reports and trawling through data to find the insights that can help build strategies and unlock great work.
  • Brand guardian:
  • On your key accounts, you will learn your client’s business inside out. You will be obsessed with understanding what makes the brand successful and how to help it win vs the competition. You will be the reliable right-hand to the senior strategy team, ensuring we always have the latest and most useful information to hand.
  • Creative partner:
  • You will support your strategy lead by working closely with creative teams throughout the process. You’ll help with arming them with additional insights, consumer data or whatever they need strategically to develop their ideas and executions.
  • Effectiveness student:
  • You will learn the importance of proving the impact of work. You will help compile case studies and reports for your key accounts and learn how to demonstrate how creativity drives business results.
