Requirements

  • Previous sourcing experience in an agency and/or corporate environment, preferably sourcing for skilled blue collar roles such as Technicians and Engineers in a production environment.
  • Proficient in English and German language
  • Proven track record in sourcing and assessing both technical and non-technical candidates
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

  • Manage high-volume recruitment, sourcing for multiple roles simultaneously
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles
  • Use various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top passive talent
  • Conduct behavioral-based screening calls to assess candidate fit
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep relevant business partners updated
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams and business partners
  • Leverage data and market insights to drive sourcing strategy and present findings
  • Drive process improvements and support recruitment-related projects
