Responsibilities

  • Fokus auf zielorientierte Planung und Kontrolle sowie Realisierung der individuellen Umsatz- und Profitziele
  • Erkennen neuer Wachstumsfelder und Opportunitäten und Anstoßen entsprechender Maßnahmen unter Brücksichtigung der Divisionsziele
  • Analyse Kundenpotenziale, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Jahresverhandlungen für den eigenen Bereich
  • Erstellung des Aktionsplans zur Umsetzung der Strategie des Geschäftsbereichs und der Vertriebskanäle. Sicherstellung der Umsetzung, Erforderliche Anpassungen.
  • Crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit - Schnittstelle zu Marketing, Controlling, Logistik
  • Aufbau einer langfristigen und nachhaltigen Kunden- und Kanalstrategie sowie die Weiterentwicklung Kunden
