Responsibilities

  • provide analytical modelling support to complex key account customers e.g. forecast cost modelling
  • ensure all bespoke key account customer requirements are dealt with in a timely manner, including month end reports
  • act as the principal day to day contact for key account customers in NI and ROI, including telephone and email contact points, responding to queries in a timely manner, using where appropriate, skills elsewhere within the organisation to resolve customer queries
  • generate close business relationships with existing customers, including their key interfacing departments e.g. accounts payable, energy management
  • interact and gain credibility with the appropriate level and functions within the customer’s business
