Requirements

  • Excellent business acumen including sales analysis, inventory management and organising staffing.
  • Flexible approach with availability in line with the needs of the business to include late nights weekends and bank holidays (Excluding Christmas day).
  • Proven track record of delivering retail KPIs, driving retail, through eventing, providing exceptional customer service whilst leading a team to achieve and exceed their targets.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed retail and KPI targets for your store, ensuring plans are executed with the vision of long-term success. Whilst also identifying and reacting to retail opportunities and challenges to maximize results
  • Monitor and react to productivity levels to ensure effective use of resources and strategic use of FTE to maximise productivity.
  • Manage store targeting process to ensure clear and accurate targets are set for each team member in your squad.
  • Provide detailed feedback to your Area Manager on what’s working well and opportunities that you can spot to increase performance.
  • Collaborate with in store teams, and your area manager to ensure consistency, success and achieve retail targets.
  • Building solid relationships with your store to leverage the best results for our retail targets and KPI’s.
  • Embrace digital business tools and be an ambassador for these within your team.
  • Have a passion for your people – as part of your role you will spend time coaching and developing your team with a focus on development of service skills.
  • Own the People Development and coaching of your in-store team to achieve the best possible results.
  • Ensure excellence of brand image in the store at all times; counters, displays, team, etc
  • Influence future retailer initiatives; ensuring the brands maximizes all available opportunities
