Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Define brand vision, manage portfolio, product lifecycle (launches, discontinuations), optimize pricing, monitor sales performance, and maximize profitability.
  • Launch Excellence: Lead 360° product launches, from conception to execution, including market analysis, forecasting, and implementation of impactful marketing mix strategies across IMC, digital and retail channels.
  • Forecast and promo planning: Collaborate with the supply chain and commercial teams to align forecasts with the marketing strategies and client demands, ensuring inventory levels are optimized.
  • Pricing: Conduct semi-annual pricing analysis, assessing internal and competition prices in TRAM and LMs, profitability and recommended pricing structure to suggest new prices ensuring MS% growth while contributing to valorization.
  • Internal & External Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to internal stakeholders and key clients. Ensure alignment and understanding across various teams within the organization.
  • Consumer and Market Insights: Collect and analyze insights for the category and share findings with the zone to ensure the consistency of new product developments with the region’s needs.
  • Monitor the retail strategy: Working together with the Retail, Digital, and Education teams to build strong go-to-market strategies.
