Responsibilities

  • We are looking for newly qualified lawyers, to handle all aspects of running an appropriately sized case holding of multi-track cases from initial client interview to trial, and also to provide support as part of a team working on serious injury level cases.
  • With appropriate support and training, you will develop your legal skills and understanding of the issues involved in running all types of clinical negligence cases, including all aspects of the litigation process.
  • A day in the life of an Assistant Lawyer is never the same, which may include carrying out relevant investigations, obtaining relevant documents, preparing witness statements and preparing for Conferences and Court hearings (CCMCs/Trials).
