Responsibilities

  • A hands-on supervisory role supporting the DC MM and MT’s.
  • This is a mobile role supporting maintenance, reactive breakdowns, and planned works across DC’s.
  • Ensuring a safe environment for those who work in customer fulfilment centres.
  • Supporting periodic maintenance including but not limited to fire alarm testing, sprinkler testing, HVAC maintenance, building maintenance, water testing.
  • Electrical maintenance, reactive repairs, FWT remedials, PAT
  • Building effective relationships with the DC technicians, communicating clearly on tasks, and managing expectations where necessary & in a proactive manner.
  • Ensuring assets are fixed in line with the agreed SLA’s and are within legal compliance.
  • Using the systems available to accurately record work completed and describing work, which needs to be escalated.
  • Working closely with internal service teams and external contractors.
  • Meeting the necessary legal and compliance standards & record keeping.
  • Being aware of the cost implications and ensuring the most effective and efficient fix.
