Responsibilities

  • Process Framework: Definition of a process management and governance framework for SimCorp including the preparation and alignment of supporting materials, guidelines etc.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Ensuring the quality and consistency of processes as well as adherence to required standards.
  • Process Modelling and Development: Supporting in the design, development, and modelling of efficient and effective processes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Support in documenting processes, improvements, and changes.
  • Project Management: Leading, managing and implementing projects related to process design, modelling, optimization, and improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Training and Mentoring: Providing training and consulting to business process owners & business process managers, as well as other relevant stakeholders, to enhance process modelling, development, and optimization across the group.
