Requirements

  • Previous experience in a LEAN or a continuous improvement role preferably within an operational environment.
  • LEAN Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt or higher) is a plus
  • a strong understanding of LEAN principles and methodologies.
  • a proven track record of leading and implementing successful LEAN projects.
  • great problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • strong communication skills with the ability to train and influence others.
  • experience in using Microsoft tools (Especially Visio, Excel & Power Point).
  • Fluent verbal and written skills in English are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: Identify and analyse key processes within the organization to find areas of improvement.
  • LEAN Methodologies: Implement LEAN tools and techniques, such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Six Sigma, to streamline operations.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor employees on LEAN principles and continuous improvement practices.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Warehouse Operations, Customer Relations, Logistics & HR to support LEAN projects and initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to monitor the impact of LEAN initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Reporting: Develop and present reports on the progress and impact of LEAN projects.
