Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build and maintain efficient, streamlined, and realistic timelines, DACIs, goals, and objectives to launch and innovate our HubSpot Academy educational content and experiences.
  • Support the project management tasks, due dates, and timelines related to the content creation process to ensure project success.
  • Support the project driver and collaborators to ensure project deliverables are successfully completed to drive project momentum.
  • Identify and analyze project risks and adapt plans as necessary to address unforeseen challenges or changing priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for and foster collaboration across all HubSpot Academy teams and stakeholders to ensure project completion and success based on the aligned goals.
  • Operationalize HubSpot Academy’s project management processes and templates to increase consistency and efficiency.
  • Develop resources to evolve the HubSpot Academy team project management processes.
