Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison for employees and managers regarding leave and accommodation matters, providing clear and consistent communication.
  • Collaborate with Business Service Operations (BSO), payroll, and benefits teams to manage leave-related processes and ensure accurate resolution.
  • Manage the interactive accommodation process under the ADA and other applicable laws, working with employees, managers, and healthcare providers to identify reasonable adjustments.
  • Provide guidance and training for managers and employees on leave and accommodation processes to ensure smooth implementation and compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of leave and accommodation laws, advising on changes and ensuring company policies remain compliant.
  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding leave and accommodations with professionalism and confidentiality, fostering a supportive workplace.
  • Analyze leave and accommodation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
