Responsibilities

  • Operate as a key business partner to support and advise on a range of commercial legal matters and in doing so actively contribute to the ongoing success of the Primark business.
  • Lead on the drafting, review, and negotiation of a variety of commercial contracts
  • Provide commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice that supports Primark’s growing business.
  • Partner with teams across the organisation to deliver solutions aligned with our business objectives while upholding our values.
  • Monitor and provide updates on legal developments affecting the retail industry and help the business prepare.
  • Effectively collaborate with outside law firms when needed, managing timelines and budgets for this as required to ensure maximum value for Primark.
