Requirements

  • You have completed a law degree and have aspirations to qualify or develop your skills as a paralegal
  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written, and able to explain complex legal issues in digestible language
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to filter through large volumes of information
  • An autonomous worker, proactive in seeking areas of improvement and efficiency
  • Excellent organisational & project management skills with an ability to juggle & prioritise competing matters
  • Self-motivated and results-driven; willing to go the extra mile.
  • Team player; willing to roll up your sleeves to undertake a wide variety of tasks across all areas of the business - ranging from mundane and routine to complex and challenging – and to take ownership of them and see them to conclusion.
  • Passionate about business and law
  • Understand the importance of working effectively with a diverse range of people.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front line support for a broad range of legal issues arising from all areas of the business.
  • You will have a focus on corporate and company secretarial matters and lend your support to ad hoc legal duties
  • You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Support the team in a wide range of legal administrative tasks
  • Help with legal research and analysis across a variety of specialisms.
  • Provide support across a number of European markets including company secretarial support for Committees / Board meetings.
