What is the salary range for the Licensed Practical Nurse position?
The salary range for this position is CAD $32.84 - $44.96 per hour.
What qualifications do I need to apply for this position?
You need to be a graduate of a recognized practical nursing program or have an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. You must also hold current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
What responsibilities will I have as a Licensed Practical Nurse?
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will assess patients' needs, provide nursing care, document relevant information, maintain a safe environment, assist with admissions and discharges, and participate in quality improvement activities, among other duties.

Required skills include effective communication, the ability to work with others, organizational skills to implement care plans, knowledge to work at full scope of practice as per BCCNM guidelines, operating related equipment, and the physical ability to carry out nursing duties.
