  • Excellent disciplined analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Stakeholder engagement skills with ability to understand requirements and work in partnership to deliver effective solutions.
  • Required proficiency in specialist data analytics tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI) with strong knowledge to advanced level using MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint and most importantly be able to learn new systems and tools easily.
  • Certification or accreditation in Computer Science, Data Management, Statistics or a related discipline would be highly beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage inventory optimisation using Min/Max planning to ensure target stock availability levels are met whilst driving down overall inventory levels.
  • Ensure that non-conformities are addressed through effective root-cause analysis and appropriate corrective and preventive action.
  • Analyse constrained stock at warehouse level, to maximise customer availability.
  • Actively contribute to the improvement of inventory spread throughout multiple regions to ensure all customers are able to continue planned work without disruption.
  • Other ad hoc supply chain administrative tasks based on team priorities.
