The ideal candidate for the Machine Learning Associate position at Atlassian must be pursuing a masters degree in a quantitative subject, have experience writing software in Python, Scala, or Spark, and have built machine learning models through academic coursework or industry internships. They should also be currently enrolled in a full-time masters degree program and graduating between December 2023 to June 2024.

The Machine Learning Associate will work on ML applications, content recommendation, personalization, and insight generation. They will build ML models, work on Generative AI projects, and translate business problems into technical solutions.
