Requirements

  • Engineering background (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field).
  • Experience in preventive maintenance, production planning, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in TPM, PDCA, A3, Six Sigma, 6S, predictive maintenance, work orders, and PM schedules.
  • Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field).
  • 3-5+ years of experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing.
  • Expertise in predictive and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • Proficiency with CMMS and Minitab.
  • Familiarity with Lean tools: TPM, Six Sigma, A3, PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act).

Responsibilities

  • Foster the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) standard at the Windsor site.
  • Collaborate with the local Maintenance Team and Manufacturing Engineer to support spare parts management.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on the use of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Collect and analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data and key metrics for TPM activities.
  • Utilize CMMS D7i software tools to drive global standardization within maintenance processes.
  • Work with the local Maintenance team to ensure action plans and timelines are met, and standards are maintained and developed further.
  • Support and interact with manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Plan and oversee daily predictive and preventative maintenance activities for all manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Verify and execute all TPM objectives.
  • Ensure the availability of critical spare parts.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain technical standards.
  • Ensure successful completion of IATF and local departmental audits related to all aspects of the EAM processes.
