  • Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.
  • Maintenance of all utilities Boilers, Steam Generators, RO plant, STP & ETP plant, HVAC systems & Production critical machineries' CNC ,VMC , HMC , welding machines etc.
  • Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
  • Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.
  • Adherence to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodology in all equipment's especially JH & PM pillar.
  • Focused on planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Focus on proactive maintenance strategy to improve equipment reliability, maintainability, and overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
  • Adherence to ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 to ensure quality & safety aspects.
