What is the start date for the Management Rotation Program Associate position?
Full-time new hires for this role will start as a cohort in July 2025.
What is the duration of the Management Rotation Program?
The Management Rotation Program is a two-year rotational program.
Will participants have the option to choose their final role placement after the rotations?
Yes, participants may choose to remain in their final role placement upon completion of the program or explore other opportunities at Capital One.

What is the educational requirement for applicants?
Applicants must currently have, or be in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s degree or higher, with an expectation to complete their degree program by July 2025 or earlier.

Preferred areas of study include business, engineering, accounting, supply chain management, risk management, economics, marketing, or information systems.

How do associates manage their projects within the program?
Associates will manage and lead multiple complex efforts/projects concurrently in an autonomous environment, driving the team to focus on critical deliverables.
