Responsibilities

  • - Unser Management-Trainee-Programm hat eine klar definierte Struktur mit Lern- und Leistungszielen, bei denen deine persönliche und fachliche Entwicklung im Vordergrund steht. Im Durchschnitt benötigen unsere Trainees 10,5 Monate, um das Programm erfolgreich zu absolvieren.
  • - Als Management Trainee lernst du „on the job“ unser Geschäft von Grund auf kennen. Dich erwarten abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben im Kundenservice, Vertrieb, Business-Management und Finanzwesen.
  • - Als Management Trainee bist du Teil eines unserer 200 deutschlandweiten Teams. Vom ersten Arbeitstag an wirst du ins operative Tagesgeschäft deiner Filiale einbezogen. So kannst du früh Verantwortung übernehmen und wichtige Entscheidungen treffen, die sowohl deine Karriere als auch unser Business aktiv voranbringen.
  • - Du bietest unseren Kunden einen außergewöhnlichen Service. Wir zeigen dir effektive Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungsstrategien, um zielorientiert mit Kunden, aber auch mit Lieferanten und deinem Team zu interagieren und auf sie Einfluss zu nehmen.
  • - Du übernimmst die Entwicklung neuer Geschäfte und Pflege aktueller Geschäftsbeziehungen. Du lernst Verkaufstechniken und Problemlösungsstrategien kennen, um Verkaufsgespräche kundenorientiert zu führen. So kannst du dich und Enterprise gewinnbringend vermarkten und langfristige Geschäftspartnerschaften aufbauen.
  • - Du bist für die Flottenplanung und Kostenkontrolle verantwortlich und analysierst die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung deiner Filiale.
  • - In deiner Entwicklung zu einem erfolgreichen Manager lernst du, wie du deine Mitarbeitenden motivieren, entwickeln und fördern kannst.
