Responsibilities

  • Be a partner to the Director, Brand Communication US - Running in the execution of all marketing activations/workstreams supporting the brand’s 2028 Olympics marketing strategy; nimbly provide support on incremental Running initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships and consistent communication with the local cross-functional channel teams and agency partners to effectively guide the creation of cohesive, multi-channel marketing activations that achieve each respective workstream’s individual objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop and proactively maintain project GTM decks, trackers and the team SharePoint/Teams Channel that facilitate the delivery of a highly organized project management experience for all supporting partners and teams.
  • Support the creation of marketing activation pre-caps and post-mortems on behalf of the team to assess marketing effectiveness, supported by data.
  • Partner closely with Business Development and Consumer Insights to regularly audit the competitive landscape and stay up to date on industry trends to educate the wider stakeholder team on trends, learnings and competitive opportunities.
