The main purpose of the Manager, EHS Training position is to research, develop, and customize EHS learning solutions to support the Universal Orlando EHS Training program, deliver and facilitate EHS and regulatory training for all Team Members, and supervise the EHS Training team to achieve optimal performance.
What type of training sessions will I be delivering?
You will be delivering structured safety and regulatory training and development programs, which may include classroom sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and select online curriculum.
What educational qualifications are preferred for this role?
A Bachelor’s degree in safety management or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience is acceptable.

The position requires 5-7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in an EHS role within an industrial setting or related consulting.

Yes, theme park specific experience is highly preferred, but an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
What are the main responsibilities of the EHS Training Manager regarding training documentation?
The EHS Training Manager is responsible for tracking all EHS Training completions and documentation, including training content, assessments, evaluations, and sign-in rosters, to ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate expectations.
