  • Lead a team of People Operations Specialists across Australia in managing day-to-day HR Business Partner activities, ensuring seamless HR support and alignment with business objectives
  • Resolve complex human resource challenges through driving collaboration and synergies among multiple HR Subject Matter Expertise, across local, regional and global HR
  • Enable a high performing culture across the business through effective HR and IR support
  • Drive diversity and inclusion strategy
  • Manage workforce transitions, including reorganizations and restructuring
  • Implement Global HR programs
  • Ensure compliance with developing employment laws and regulations
  • Address and resolve employee feedback, complaints and grievances
  • Oversee disciplinary processes and provide guidance on dismissal matters
