Responsibilities

  • You’ll translate the product strategy and road map into a clear, actionable plan, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities and support informed decision-making. You’ll build a deep understanding of customer segments, user needs, and value drivers, using KPIs, user feedback, and pilots to measure impact and continuously refine the roadmap.
  • You’ll also lead end-user communication, training, and adoption strategies, while collaborating with other product teams to create seamless, integrated user experiences across Bain’s tools and platforms.
  • You’ll inspire and guide product teams by clearly communicating the product vision and business value. You’ll own and continuously prioritize the product backlog to maximize outcomes, working closely with engineering teams and vendors to deliver enhancements, releases, and ongoing optimization.
  • You’ll write user stories with clear acceptance criteria, actively participate in Agile ceremonies, and support integration and usability improvements across systems and tools. As needed, you may also manage contributors such as contractors or rotational team members.
  • You’ll build and maintain expertise in Bain’s internal systems, external market trends, and the evolving needs of users. You’ll collaborate with technical teams to ensure product and technology strategies are closely aligned.
