Responsibilities

  • Develop a performance-based culture aligned with our values of care, courage, and curiosity, driving exemplary safety behaviors and stable operating outcomes.
  • Manage the end-to-end fixed plant shutdown cycle, ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of shutdowns.
  • Schedule and execute Fixed Plant Shutdowns across all our Pilbara Mine Sites.
  • Deploy and develop Fixed Plant Shutdown Maintenance teams and individuals.
  • Apply shutdown management processes within the context of the asset management strategy.
  • Assess and manage risks throughout the asset lifecycle, while reviewing and auditing compliance.
  • You’ll build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across our operational teams and functional support teams while externally, you'll work with our original equipment manufacturers and Shutdown Contractors.
