Responsibilities

  • Deliver a pipeline of enagements both Direct and Indirect with a focus on Offshore Energy. Own backlog targets and revenue line in the region.
  • Be customer obsessed. Think on behalf of the customer and work to meet the customer’s stated and unstated needs and aspirations
  • Execute strategic and tactical business development initiatives while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g., partner program, product and engineering teams, legal, finance) and BD/sales team colleagues.
  • Be the internal coordinator and Owner delivering complex contract negotiations and complex business requirements and activities which deliver results.
  • Adept at thinking strategically and analytically about business priorities, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to deliver target based results working cross-organizationally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications including a passion for writing detailed documents and a preference for a second fluent spoken language.
  • Consistently tracks an exceeds key performance metrics and delivers results.
  • Experience driving consensus across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
