Responsibilities

  • As a Marketing Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our brands, working closely with the brand leads to orchestrate launches, drive growth for our pillar products, and nurture lasting relationships with our customers.
  • Become a Brand Expert: Immerse yourself in our product lines, market dynamics, and consumer insights to gain a deep understanding of the Kérastase and Shu Uemura worlds.
  • Uncover Insights: Dive into consumer and market data, analyze competitor strategies, and provide valuable recommendations to management.
  • Drive Growth: Implement new launches, sustain the momentum of our core products, and curate engaging content for our catalog.
  • Craft Engaging Experiences: Propose and execute innovative marketing strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) that resonate with our discerning consumers.
  • Adapt and Optimize: Tailor communication materials (imagery, digital content, point-of-sale) to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate and Mobilize: Partner with sales, logistics, education, and external agencies to build comprehensive business strategies and meet deadlines.
  • Provide Recommendations: Based on your expertise, make informed recommendations to management regarding our categories.
  • Communicate Effectively: Prepare clear and concise messages for senior management.
  • Brand Guardian: Uphold the brands' heritage, ensuring all actions align with our brand identities and values.
