Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver store collateral in line with campaigns.
  • Being the Brand team lead on internal communications with Central Ops, restaurants, and relevant key stakeholders
  • Lead the market and competitor intelligence staying up to speed with the new products, promotions, social activity, and activations.
  • Coordinating marketing team meetings and ensuring relevant minutes are distributed to stakeholders for action.
  • Own weekly communication to restaurants, ensuring General Managers are fully aligned with marketing activities.
  • Manage workflow, distribution, and approval process of all store point of sale materials with printer suppliers.
  • Monitor and manage all enquiries to the Marketing and PR inboxes.
  • Manage all incoming supplier invoices and ensure approval processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure the promotional calendar is up to date and communicated to the wider marketing and cross functional teams.
  • Represent the Brand team for all Fridays & Go marketing support.
  • Support menu cross-checks, ensuring all external and internal stakeholders have accurate and up-to-date menu information.
  • Own terms and conditions for all offers and promotions, ensuring legal approval and publication.
  • Assist with managing campaign planning including the creation and ownership of campaign timelines.
  • Ensure all assets in the Local Marketing Toolkit are up to date, refreshing and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support PR and influencers’ activities when required.
  • Liaise with external partners to update third party websites, shopping centres, retail parks. Facilitate partnerships and collaborations.
  • Support execution of local digital and social activity, ensuring content accuracy and campaign alignment.
