Responsibilities

  • You will deliver high-quality brand and commercial design work across a range of channels, including:
  • Sales and partnership materials (brochures, floorplans, decks, one-pagers)
  • Templates and creatives for digital marketing ads across paid and owned channels
  • Event materials for sales, partner, and brand-led events
  • Visual assets supporting campaigns, launches, and promotions
  • You will produce new templates and reusable assets that improve consistency and speed across teams, reducing one-off work and raising the overall design bar.
  • You will partner with stakeholders on creative briefs, manage projects from brief to delivery, and balance multiple requests in a fast-moving environment. From time to time, you may support light copywriting or messaging work, particularly where design and layout are closely linked.
  • You will help maintain and evolve design guidelines, systems, and best practices, and confidently explain and justify your design decisions when needed.
