Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels including new product launches, brand campaigns and promotional campaigns. Ensuring flawless execution across all consumer touchpoints (both online and instore).
  • Be given the opportunity to lead strategic projects from inception through to final execution, ensuring strong activation plans across all channels.
  • Ensure all marketing communication messages resonate with our target consumer. Proactively proposing new ideas and messaging to improve engagement and relevancy.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis reviewing the overall performance of different campaigns across different channels and touchpoints, identifying what performed well and what could be improved for future activations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across e-commerce, sales, media, PR, CRM, supply chain, finance, legal and with our global and central teams to manage the day-to-day marketing responsibilities and launch and optimise campaigns.
  • Work closely with our external media and creative agencies to brief and executive different campaigns, ensuring deadlines are always met.
  • Always act as the business champion for our categories, to ensure everyone is clear on the category vision, jobs to be done and activation plans.
  • Be the category and Dyson expert: understand our competitors and their products and strategies, the landscape of the GB&I market and the different retailer partners and most importantly the GB&I consumer. Also, know our Products inside out – why they’re different and better.
  • Conduct weekly competitor reviews and monthly market share and brand health deep drives, identifying key insights, opportunities and potential business risks, which inform the overall marketing strategy and reactivate activations.
  • Manage the Brand Building Investment (BBI) budget – ensuring an optimal ROI and that all Purchase Orders (POs) are raised and goods receipted in a timely manner.
