  • Provide dedicated support to international markets, ensuring newer regions receive the attention they need to accelerate growth.
  • Increase operational capacity for the team by handling high-value day-to-day tasks efficiently.
  • Manage tasks such as building marketing nurture campaigns, one-off campaigns such as events & webinars, and ensuring leads are delivered to sales teams promptly.
  • Collaborate and work closely with various stakeholders across regions to ensure consistent support and alignment.
  • Represent the business as an expert in HubSpot and the other components of the marketing tech stack.
  • Work on longer-term strategic projects to improve the effectiveness of Personio’s marketing team.
  • Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with our marketing automation agency to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
