  • Develop mitigation/contingency plans for identified risks
  • Deliver timely and accurate status reporting and risk/issue management
  • Both Agile and Marketing experience required (can be in separate roles)
  • Minimum 2 years agile project experience involving cross-functional and cross-business teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; foster a positive and cohesive team work environment; and interact with all levels of stakeholders from various functional areas
  • Very Strong facilitation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
  • Strong Change Management skills
  • Undergraduate or post graduate degree
  • Certified Scrum Master Required with Scaled Agile certification preferred (e.g. SAFe)
  • Change Management coursework or certification preferred (e.g. ProSci)
